Terms of Service

By accessing or using TenderIQ ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and TenderIQ.

TenderIQ is an AI-powered RFP and tender management platform built for Healthcare and MedTech teams. The Service includes document ingestion, AI analysis, compliance matrix building, collaborative response drafting, reporting, and related features made available from time to time.

To use most features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or legal entity per account, unless invited to a shared workspace.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and devices.

New workspaces are eligible for a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your workspace will switch to a read-only state unless you choose a paid plan. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per organization.

Paid plans (Starter and Professional) are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions remain at the agreed price until renewal.

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Failed payments may result in suspension after a reasonable cure period.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until period end.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or disclose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

TenderIQ and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, models, designs, and trademarks. You retain all rights to the documents, responses, and other content you upload or create ("Customer Data"). You grant TenderIQ a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Uploaded RFP documents are stored securely and processed to deliver AI features. We do not sell your data and we do not use Customer Data to train foundation models.

TenderIQ uses large language models to assist with analysis and drafting. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing AI-generated content before relying on it or submitting it as part of a tender response.

We treat tender documents and other Customer Data uploaded to the Service as confidential. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis and is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderIQ's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it is permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
